How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines depend on the spec of the website project, but here are some guidelines…
- WordPress projects usually take around one weeks.
- Shopify projects usually take a minimum of two weeks.
- E-Commerce projects usually take a minimum of three weeks.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yeah not a problem, we’ll take a look at your current website and outline what we think needs improving. This gives you the option to redesign your current site or start from scratch.
How easy is it for me to change content myself?

Do you work internationally?
Will my website work on smart phones and tablets as well?
Every website we design and build comes compatible with any screen size. More and more people access the web on smaller devices such as phones and tablets, so we understand the importance of a responsive website.
How much does a website cost?
Unfortunately, we don’t have set project prices. Every brief we work on has different requirements that alter the spec of the job. So, once we’ve received the brief, we can give you an indication of the cost and timescale. If you need a hand with your brief, we wrote an article on how to create a killer web design brief.
Can I create PPC landing pages myself?
Yeh sure. If you have Google Ads as a strategy, or thinking of doing it in the future – this will be included in the brief and we will design a PPC specific landing page during the design phase. Once the website is live, you will then be able to add as many landing pages as you like, editing the URLs and page structure also if needed.

How many meetings can we have?
As many as you want. But we guide you through this process and ask for your feedback at certain stages. We have vast experience in delivering brand + website projects. We will go through multiple stages in a hierarchy so that you never get to a stage where you don’t feel comfortable with the progress.
Do you offer ongoing help with our new site once it's launched?
We certainly do, we offer what’s called Ocra support to help you with all of your website needs, this is completely optional and all of our websites come built on CMS meaning you can add, edit and update every part of your website yourself.
What are your payment terms?
We usually do 50% upfront, 25% on design sign-off, and 25% on build. But these terms can be discussed if need be. We are flexible. We just want to work with the right partner
Can we arrange a phone call to discuss?
Yes of course, we can schedule a traditional phone call or zoom meeting into the diary that convenient for both parties. All of our staff work from home at the moment, and occasionally go into the studio. So it’s quicker to email us and organise a time for a discussion, rather than just ringing the studio number.
